Work on multiple insurance claims by logging in to the DropIn platform. Where you can organize and get live streams without having to leave your desk.
Access the DropIn web platform and input the information for the claim you need to work on, including: Claim ID, Address, City, and Specific Instructions.
Select the type of inspector you need to complete your claim. You can chose from a DroperatorTM, Drone, or ClaimsDirectTM. A request will be then sent out to our DropIn Network.
Your DroperatorTM, Drone, or ClaimsDirectTM inspector will be sent a link to download the DropIn app a code to access your claim directly. Once they accept and are at the claim location, they will start their live stream.
During the live stream the inspector will be able to communicate directly with insurance agent. Allowing the insurance agency to direct the DroperatorTM, Drone, or ClaimsDirectTM inspector with exactly what she/he needs, including the ability to take photos from their desktop.
At any time during the live stream, the insurance agent can collaborate with fellow employees by sharing a link to the live stream. Allowing for maximum efficiency during the live claim process.
Once the live steam has ended, all claim information, including location, inspector, photos, and videos, are stored on the DropIn servers. The insurance agent can access all claims information, at any time, from their history dashboard.
